I always do my best to create a safe, secure, and gently energized environment to help my clients face the issues in their lives.  If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, grief & loss, or concerned about your alcohol consumption, I can help guide you to find real, workable, solutions to your struggles.  If you are here because your child is struggling, I provide a creative and safe arena for children to experience personal growth and change. I also work closely with parents and guardians in the process.
